Caroline Tharao got what every woman hopes for some day, a man on one knee asking for her hand in marriage. Script writer,director and actor Victor Ber went down on one knee and proposed to the “teacher” on 22nd March at his house where he had hosted friends for a party.
The two have enjoyed a good season in their career since Heartstring’s debut on Churchill Show that saw Teacher Wanjiku stay on for a regular spot and Victor Ber becoming head creative.
The two had earlier decamped to Citizen TV which got a negative reception from viewers before coming back to churchill to fill their still vacant spots. This also happens at a time when Victor Ber’s ex wife accused Teacher Wanjiku of husband snatching.
