Kenya Defence Forces for so long have been the security arm to reckon with. In studies taken around the world about military might, Kenya’s defense forces have always appeared on the list of the most disciplined.

The forces however do not earn the discipline on a silver platter. They master the art of discipline through tough physical training that takes a span of six months. During this period, an individual goes through stages to transform him/her from an ordinary citizen to a soldier.
As with all sorts of jobs having a mode of punishment, KDF too has theirs and not any ordinary man would literally survive once subjected to it.
