Brian Kimani Wahu, a web designer was arraigned at the Kibera Law Courts to face charges of being in possession of narcotics. He was accused that on June 3, he was found with 17 rolls of bhang at State House, Nairobi. Brian however refused to take plea before senior magistrate Benard Ochoi.
Ochoi said that the man appeared to be sick as he could not respond to questions posed to him. He ordered that he be taken to a mental hospital and after the results he would take a plea.
