The iconic briefcase used to hold Kenya’s entire budget for the 2014/15 fiscal year, exposed just how poor Kenya might be. The Coat of Arms which features two lions, a symbol of protection, and a shield and spears which symbolize unity and defence of freedom was attached to the briefcase with cello tape.
