Kibuchi confirmed that they had arrested two people, including a pastor but they are yet to establish where they were going to use the home made bomb.
The bomb is said to have been made of ammonium nitrate which weighed more than one kg and other detonators.
According to the police the Bishop had sought out the services of the quarry worker so that he can help him assemble and detonate the live bomb.
The police boss has assured people that they are in charge so no one should panic. They are still interrogating both the quarry worker and the Bishop and will give more information after they get to know more.
The Bishop is a member of Vision Church which is an evangelical church and this comes as a big blow since the Muslim community is being accused of planting and detonating bombs and grenades so as to kill Christians.
