FUNNY!!! KISUMU COUNTY COMMISSIONER vows that he wont allow RAILA ODINGA to hold A RALLY IN KISUMU!!!

In what sounds like a comical twist, Kisumu County commissioner Francis Mutie vows that he cannot allow Raila Odinga's CORD to hold a rally in their own backyard and stronghold, Kisumu County. He says CORD's rallies are meant for incitement.

Here is what he had to say;
“I will not allow Raila Odinga’s CORD to hold rally in Kisumu because what I want is a peaceful
 County and CORD rallies are never peaceful most of
 the time and are full of incitements.”
