"I propose you bring it to the attention of the general public that if the 10000 police recruits report to training today it will take 15 months to train them meaning the earliest they can be ready for deployment is around August of 2016 ... We don't know what might happen in between these two times meanwhile the government has an option of taking the NYS recruits already at GilGil training school and convert them to police officers it will take a maximum of three months for the NYS conversion program this will save time and a lot of money for the government and its people who are in dire need of police officers
NB; The NYS are and always have been a reserve for the Army commander and Commissioner of Police as enshrined in the Old order why not make it to use now that we are in dire need ??
